Applications

  • Anti backtrack for protecting Airport-type Restricted zones from incursion.
  • Reducing theft of electronically tagged items from shops and stores.
  • Controlling heat loss and noise pollution in designated areas.
  • Negates the ‘need’ to lock emergency exits.
  • Allows for unmanned and unmonitored movement of people from one area to another.
  • Controls the flow of people, helping to reduce the effect of crushing accidents.

Technical

A one-way rolling airlock, either circular or over an extended ‘straight’ area, with the ability to adapt the design to a right angled turn.

Door action prevents the passing of items into a restricted area and can be used in conjunction with existing safety and security ‘sensor’ technology.

Unlike anti backtrack systems that rely on sensors to detect an intruder, Owtrac does not require manning or monitoring as there is no way for miscreants to circumvent the system and enter a restricted area at the exit point.

Investors

We have a UK Patent Pending and an International PCT Application pending, covering the key aspects of Owtrac.

We’re seeking endorsements from potential users. For example: architects, retail stores, airports, insurance companies, governing bodies, and control authorities, to support getting investment to develop the concept further.

We’re interested in getting support from investors to help us protect the invention with additional international patents and to help with licensing the invention to security door manufacturers.

Videos show various scenarios without roofing - for clarity of door action. Additional technical details have also been omitted for similar reasons.
